Do you have a minimum for fabric and wallpaper orders?


Yes, we do. The order minimum for fabrics is 1 meter and we only cut whole increments. Fabric by the meter is non-refundable.




Can I order a swatch?


Of course! Once you have found a pattern you are interested in, just contact us and we will send it out to you.




Do you hold stock?


We try to hold stock of at least 10-20 meters in every colorway. If the fabric is not currently in stock, the lead time is no more than 4-6 weeks.




Do you offer trade discounts?


Yes, we do! If you are a trade member, please fill out the trade application form or contact us to be added to our trade registry. Trade orders are placed directly with us at sales@casacatextiles.com.




What is your rub count and is your fabric suitable for upholstery?


The rub count for our fabric, printed on linen, is 35,000 - 40,000 rubs/Martindale and suitable for heavy upholstery. The rub count for our natural linen is 20,000 - 22,000 rubs/Martindale. We recommend light upholstery for our natural linen such as drapes, cushions, headboards and furniture not exposed to heavy wear and tear. However, 20,000 rubs works perfectly for upholstery and we have covered both sofas and armchairs in our fabrics.




Do you sell wallpaper by the roll or the meter?


We sell our wallpaper by the linear meter. Please have your wallpaper installer quote you by the yard. Feel free to have them get in touch with us directly if they have any questions.




How do I know how much fabric or wallpaper to order?


We strongly recommend working with a design professional or professional wallpaper installer to take precise measurements and determine quantities. Please note, we are not able to provide firm yardage quotes.




Do you offer CFAs (cutting for approval)?


We strive for color consistency in our production. However, as all of fabrics and wallpapers are printed in small batches and made from natural fibers, some variation in the texture and shade of the base cloth is to be expected. Print colorations and dye lots may vary slightly too. If a precise coloration is required, we recommend requesting a cutting for approval (CFA) prior to ordering. CFAs are available upon request, please send us an email at sales@casacatextiles.com and we will assist you.




Are the colours online true to life?


All images online are closely matched to our real life product by eye to give the truest representation of the textile you will receive. Unfortunately, colour is a subjective matter and can be altered by several things, especially the screen display on your computer or phone. We understand the difficulty of deciphering a colour online, for this reason, we are happy to offer swatches and CFAs for your reference.




How do I purchase your fabric?


Simply contact us directly for pricing, swatches and any other questions you might have.




My product is faulty, what is the next step?


As our fabrics are 100% linen, we do not consider printing irregularities a fault, these are part of the charm of the process. If you do believe that the product you received is faulty, please email us a photo of the fault for our team to review. If the product is deemed faulty by our team, we will be in touch to replace or refund the item.




I recieved my order, but one/some of the products are missing?


Sorry to keep you waiting! This delay could be for one of two reasons: 1. Larger orders are often packed in multiple boxes, sit tight, the other items are on their way. If they haven’t arrived within 3 days, contact us! 2. Missing just a couple of items? Occasionally we make mistakes when preparing an order, please contact us and we’ll get it out to you asap.




What is the lead-time for your fabrics and wallpaper?


Our fabrics and wallpaper is printed to order with a standard production lead time of 4-6 weeks. We can also rush print in as little as 10 business days with a €250 rush fee. All orders are inspected for quality when production is complete and then shipped within 1-2 business days.




What are the dimensions of your wallpaper?


You can find the dimensions and pattern repeat of our wallpaper on the product page of the item you are interested in. If you are a member of our trade program, you can also refer to our price sheets. Please note that our wallpaper is sold by the linear yard.




Are your wallpapers printed in a continuous piece?


Our printers always aim to print the entirety of orders of 40 metres or fewer in one piece. However, we are not able to guarantee that an order will be printed continuously. We are unable to accommodate specific cut length requests.




How do I install wallpaper?


We recommend working with a professional wallpaper installer.




Why is your digitally printed wallpaper lead-time 4-6 weeks?


Our paper is printed to order. With digital printing, we are able to translate the painterly feeling of Anna's original artwork. We love the quality and care that goes into this product, but we completely understand it might not be the right fit for every budget or every project.




Why does your wallpaper come untrimmed?


Our wallpaper comes untrimmed for a few reasons. This allows installers to have more control when matching seams and provides an allowance when navigating variances in surface the paper is being installed on. It also gives us room to print join markers, helping to show how the pattern should be aligned during installation. Finally, having the extra selvage provides additional protection to our wallpaper during shipment.




Can your wallpaper be used in the bathroom?


Yes it can! Using our vinyl for bathrooms is the perfect choice. We just recommend that it shouldn’t be continually splashed with water (as in don’t wallpaper inside your shower or directly behind a very high traffic sink). If your vinyl gets dirty you can wipe clean with a soft sponge or cloth with a mild soap and water.
